Billy is a ten-year-old-twin with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) who’s had severe (status epilepticus) seizures all his life. His rescue meds continued to not only fail, but to incite in him bouts of aspiration pneumonia which, combined with the seizures, led to extensive and exhausting hospital stays. In fact, the last seizure he suffered before beginning treatment with Haleigh’s Hope led to a stroke, and the resulting muscle dystonia kept him in the hospital for nearly a year. We were amazed to find that the oil helped Billy not only with his seizures, but with his muscle dystonia as well. Billy has now been seizure-free for four years and has been able to wean off of both Onfi & Sabril, two of the more popular drugs.
