Bladen’s Story

When Bladen was eleven I decided to stop the meds and try Haleigh’s Hope, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Bladen was born with tuberous sclerosis, which led to infantile spasms by five months.  Fortunately, the prescriptions worked and we were ultimately able to wean him off of them.  At age seven we began medicating him for ADHD and hoping for the same successful result, as he was lagging far behind his classmates and peers. But then the ADHD medication required an anti-anxiety medication to ease some of the side effects, and while it worked for awhile, the meds seemed to need constant adjusting.  We’d alternate stimulant and non-stimulant medications, added blood pressure meds when they were needed, but the drugs were taking their toll and we felt we were losing our boy. His face became sunken from dramatic weight loss and his general paranoia increased.  By age eleven we had had enough of pharmaceuticals; I decided to stop the meds and try Haligh’s Hope CBD Oil-  and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.  Two years later and still on the oil,  Bladen goes to seventh grade at a public school …and just received 4 As and 2 Bs! He’s gained weight and made lots of friends.  It’s such a joy to see Bladen find some normality in his life, and it’s all thanks to Haleigh’s Hope.
